How much does a Feng Shui consultation cost in Canada?
Most of the price comes down to one choice: does the consultant come to your home, or work from your floor plan and photos over video? Here is what each costs with iDecor, what the wider market charges, and what to check before you pay anyone.

What the market charges
Consultants who published prices online when we checked in November 2026 listed in-home consultations at roughly $640 to $1,100 (as listed — some in US dollars). Several of the best-known Toronto consultants don't publish a price at all and quote after a call.
Be careful with cost figures you find through a general search or an AI answer: many are American averages in US dollars, not Canadian prices.
What changes the price
In-home or online
A visit includes the consultant’s travel and time in your home. Online, the consultant reviews your floor plan and photos and meets you by video, which costs less.
Size of the home
More rooms take more time to assess. Our in-home consultation covers a visit of up to 2.5 hours, which is enough for most houses and condos.
A written report
Some consultations are verbal only. A written, room-by-room report is something you can keep coming back to; all four of our services include one.
Follow-up
Questions come up once you start moving furniture. Check whether a follow-up call or email support is included, or charged separately.

How much does a Feng Shui consultation cost for a whole house?+
Our in-home consultation covers the whole home — every room, in a visit of up to 2.5 hours — for $349 CAD. If your home is unusually large, mention it in your booking notes so your consultant can plan the visit.
Is HST included?+
Yes. Every iDecor price is a one-time payment in Canadian dollars with HST included, paid through Stripe when you book.
Is an online consultation as good as an in-home one?+
For most homes, yes — Feng Shui analysis rests on the floor plan, orientation and layout, which can all be reviewed from a plan and photos. In-home is worth it when you want someone to read light, sightlines and how rooms are used in person, or when you live in the GTA and would rather not measure and photograph everything yourself.
Why do some consultants not list prices?+
Many quote per project after a call. That can make sense for very large homes or commercial work, but it makes comparing hard. Ours are fixed so you know the total before you book.
