From floor plan to a plan you can follow
Before: your floor plan and goals
Share a floor plan — a hand sketch is fine — the direction your front door faces, and what you want to change. For an online assessment, add a photo of each room.
During: room by room
Your consultant maps the Bagua over your floor plan and reviews orientation, the entrance, bedroom placement, the kitchen, colour, light and clutter, explaining each recommendation as you go.
After: a written plan you can act on
You receive written recommendations you can apply the same week — furniture placement, colour and material choices — and a follow-up to answer what comes up once you start.
Wherever you are in Canada
A consultant visits for up to 2.5 hours and walks every room with you. Best when you want someone to read the space in person — light, sightlines and how each room is actually used.
Visits cover Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Vaughan, Markham and the rest of the GTA.

What does a Feng Shui consultation cost with iDecor?+
With iDecor, an online Feng Shui assessment is $149 CAD and an in-home consultation anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area is $349 CAD, both fixed prices with HST included. A pre-purchase review of up to two properties is $249 CAD and an office or business consultation is $449 CAD.
What does a Feng Shui consultant actually do?+
They map the Bagua over your floor plan, check the orientation of the home and its entrance, and look at how the bedrooms, kitchen, furniture placement, colour, light and clutter affect the way each room is used. You come away with specific changes, room by room, most of which use what you already own.
What happens during an in-home consultation?+
Your consultant walks every room with you for up to 2.5 hours, maps the Bagua over your floor plan and talks through recommendations as you go. A written report follows within 3 business days, and a 30-minute follow-up call is included.
Does an online Feng Shui consultation work?+
Yes, for most homes. Feng Shui analysis is based on the floor plan, the compass orientation and how each room is laid out — all of which can be reviewed from a floor plan and photos. Your consultant prepares in advance, walks you through the findings on a 60-minute video call and sends a PDF summary afterwards, with 14 days of email follow-up.
Which cities do you visit in person?+
In-home visits cover the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Vaughan, Markham. Everywhere else in Canada — Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, Montreal, Halifax and beyond — is served online by video call.
How should I prepare?+
Have a floor plan (a hand sketch is fine), know which direction your front door faces (a phone compass works), and note what you would like to change — sleep, focus, how the home feels, a room nobody uses. For an online assessment, add photos of each room.
Will I need to buy new furniture or decor?+
Usually not. Consultants work with what you own first. Recommendations focus on placement, flow, colour and light, and only suggest a purchase where it makes a real difference.
Is Feng Shui a religion? Do I have to believe in it?+
No. Feng Shui is a traditional Chinese practice of arranging space — orientation, layout, light and the way people move through a room. The advice is practical and works within any home or belief system.
Can you review a house or condo before I buy or rent it?+
Yes — that is the New Home & Pre-Purchase Review ($249 CAD). Send the floor plans, listing photos and addresses for up to two properties; the consultant compares orientation, lot, entrance, stairs and bedroom and kitchen placement, tells you plainly which one suits your goals, and lists what can be corrected after you move in.
What is the difference between a Feng Shui master and a consultant?+
"Master" is a title practitioners use, not a regulated credential, so it tells you less than what a service includes. Compare what you get — a visit, a floor-plan analysis, a written report, follow-up — and the price.
How quickly will someone contact me after I book?+
Within one business day of payment, and often the same day. You get an email confirmation with your order number straight away, then your consultant calls or emails to agree on a date and time.
Can I reschedule or cancel?+
Rescheduling is free — reply to your confirmation email or call +1 (647) 856-3062. In-home visits cancelled more than 48 hours ahead are refunded in full.
