Where is furniture sourced from?+
Canadian retailers and partner sellers. You receive a shortlist with two or three options per piece, with prices and links, and we can place orders and coordinate delivery for you.
What does furniture assembly include?+
Up to two large items or four small ones, assembled and anchored to the wall where required, with packaging removed.
How quickly will someone contact me after I book?+
Within one business day of payment, and often the same day. You get an email confirmation with your order number straight away, then your consultant calls or emails to agree on a date and time.
Can I reschedule or cancel?+
Rescheduling is free — reply to your confirmation email or call +1 (647) 856-3062. In-home visits cancelled more than 48 hours ahead are refunded in full.
