An on-site walkthrough of up to 90 minutes, a room-by-room checklist, virtual staging of five listing photos, and furniture rental recommendations if the property needs them.
Is this for realtors or homeowners?+
Both. Realtors book it for listings they are preparing; sellers book it directly before photos or showings.
How quickly will someone contact me after I book?+
Within one business day of payment, and often the same day. You get an email confirmation with your order number straight away, then your consultant calls or emails to agree on a date and time.
Can I reschedule or cancel?+
Rescheduling is free — reply to your confirmation email or call +1 (647) 856-3062. In-home visits cancelled more than 48 hours ahead are refunded in full.
